I thought the new comment form would encourage people who have questions to put their email address since it asks for it, but nonetheless, some of you ask me to get back to you and it’s under anonymous AND no email address, so if you don’t hear from me, it’s because I don’t know how to contact you!

I know someone asked me if I had any eBay ratings, I do, but as a buyer, and not as a seller. However some of you have already bought stuff from me before, so I will let it speak for itself, and I had no complaints thus far. Also I don’t sell on eBay because I have had bad experiences with eBay themselves.

Q: What font do you use in your pictures?

A: PUPCAT.

On pigment samples:

-Color swatches are located a few posts down…

-If a color is NOT listed, that means we DO NOT have it. We are able to get pigment colors that are currently available on MAC websites (both regular MAC and PRO), NOT limited edition ones that have passed (i.e. “Tan”, “Your Ladyship”).

-PROCESSING TIME (the time from which we receive your order to the day it is shipped) IS 2-4 DAYS DUE TO HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS.

-Please DO NOT leave a comment about the pigment samples, Erica is the one taking care of that aspect, so you need to email pigmentsamples@gmail.com. To CALCULATE how much it would be, simply count how many colors you want, based on the table on the previous post, use that dollar amount PER jar and multiply it by how many you want.

-Example: You want 7 colors, so $2.50 times 7 = $17.50 TOTAL INCLUDING SHIPPING (FOR US, CANADA, AND INTERNATIONAL, no change in shipping pricing)

You want 5 samples, so $3.00 times 5 = $15 TOTAL

IMPORTANT: When you paypal the address that Erica gives you, please be sure that the SHIPPING address matches that of PAYPAL, and PLEASE, PLEASE type in the colors you want in the NOTE BOX in paypal to avoid confusion.
